Each unit is sheltered and includes a private yard with a total area of 15 sq.m., while a large outdoor space is available for exercise and walks. The area is continuously monitored by cameras, and a private security company provides patrols and alarm systems, both for the main facilities and the individual units.

We have a veterinarian available for immediate care of any need, and we also accommodate dogs with special medical conditions upon prior arrangement, providing the necessary treatment.

All dogs staying with us must have an up-to-date health booklet and be dewormed to ensure the well-being of all guests. Otherwise, deworming will be carried out on-site at an additional cost.

Drop-off times are preferably in the morning, to facilitate the dog’s adaptation to the new environment under natural daylight. Drop-off and pick-up take place during operating hours.

We also offer 4 premium rooms of 21 sq.m., with the capacity to accommodate two dogs from the same family.

For dogs with separation anxiety or difficulty adjusting, we offer a short-term adaptation program at an additional cost.
